Hell, I have tons of criticisms about the games, but at least they kept the Central-Eastern European influences and, despite TW being a dark fantasy, weren't scared to make the games look bright and colorful. The show has removed every instance of Slavic(mainly Polish)/other European (Germanic, Nordic) influences, cultural significance and turned it into an uninspired, boring, muddy fantasy. An actual Polish man has pitched the show to Netflix, multiple other producers of Slavic descent have been alienated and felt like they didn't belong there because of how they have been treated, then ultimately left the production that has been handed over to a literal Karen that doesn't give a shit about it. Just like in Tennis the Mii’s make all kinds of diving saves which make for great rallies. Rallies can get quite long as you reach the advanced levels and you will have to use a lot of spin to beat the champion level Mii’s. You can do a normal hit by swinging directly forward, do a top spin by flipping your wrist forward while you swing, and you can chop/cut by swinging the remote in a downward motion. What makes this game great is the control you have over the game. To serve you toss the Wii remote up or press A, then swing the remote either forward hand or backhand to serve. The game is a match to 6 points where you need to win by two points (a match to ten can be played by holding down the 2 button when choosing your Mii). Now, this is nothing like the Table Tennis is Wii Play, this is a whole lot better. If you loved Tennis in the original Wii Sports game, then you are going to love Table Tennis. I’m going to start with my personal favorite, Table Tennis (Ping Pong). Now lets get into the details of the game. As soon as you start the game up you are literally dropped off onto the Island by a plane with a team of sky divers giving you glimpse of the sky diving game available in Air Sports. Each of the sporting events is scattered all around the island. The game takes place at a sports resort at Wuhu Island. There are a few sports that you can only play by yourself like Showdown, Sky diving, and Island Flyover Planet Reporter. Most games you can play with at least two players at once and some games you can play up to four players. It makes a great game for family and friends. Now the Wii remote catches the slightest movement in any direction. With the Wii Motion Plus game motion control is improved greatly. ![]() The original release of Wii Sports Resort came with one Wii Motion Plus attachment, but a later release offered a version with two. One Wii Motion Plus attachment is needed for each controller. ![]() This is a simple attachment that snaps into the bottom the Wii remote. ![]() The Wii Motion Plus is an-add on attachment that uses a dual-axis angular rate sensor which can calculate rotational motion. Lesson 2: Though her cells were known around the world, most people knew nothing about Henrietta or her family, until recently. Soon, Gey shared the news of his “immortal human cells,” making them an instant celebrity. The aggressive nature of the cancer cells enabled them to thrive and survive outside a body. Not only were they still alive, but they were doubling every 24 hours, faster than the human body. When they put Henrietta’s cancer cells, or “HeLa,” in the roller-tube, they were amazed when it actually worked. George Gey discovered the roller-tube culturing technique that involved a rotating cylinder that kept the cells in motion. It was at this time that scientists were looking for ways to keep human cells alive outside the body to research diseases. They left her badly burned and were sadly ineffective. If none of the above weather apps have what you’re looking for, and you’re willing to spend money on a quality professional weather radar app or website that storm chasers use, hands down our top recommendation is RadarScope. However, the smoothing is addressed in a premium radar option, which offers higher resolution imagery and the previously mentioned forecast radar imagery. In turn, this may cause some inaccuracy in the data, especially when zoomed in. If we had to pick a negative with this one, it’s that the app smooths radar imagery too much to make it look nice on the screen. It also has an innovative future radar option, which attempts to forecast future storm movement up to six hours in advance using the company’s proprietary short-range modeling.
